We have communities located throughout Central Arkansas! Our team is actively building in West Little Rock and Bryant at this time.
What price points does HD Homes build within?
We have homes ranging from $299,000 – $2M+. We aim to build quality homes at affordable price points, and we offer a full custom home building experience as well!

What are the perks to working with an ARLR agent?
Our agents are experts in New Construction transactions, and often offer incentives when you choose to list your current home with them as well! Our agents provide in-depth consultations to ensure a smooth home-buying and selling experience.
What size homes do you build?
Our homes range from 1,500sqft to 6,000sqft+.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We will provide a 1 year home warranty for all of our new builds.
I own a lot in Central Arkansas. Can you build for me?

I need a lot outside of your communities. Can you help me find one to build on?
Absolutely! We can work together to find the best lot to fit your criteria and preferred price point.
Do you handle financing?
Yes! In most cases you will just need to secure permanent financing, and we will handle the cost of construction until then.
What is the process for building within my budget?
We will work to connect you with a lender who can inform us of your preferred budget. From there, we can provide a variety of floor plan options for you to choose from, and we will provide an estimate for any and all “wish list” items you may want to consider! We work together to provide an estimate before we break ground to ensure you’re happy and comfortable with the price point.
Who can I expect to help me through the home building process?
We have a team approach to the home building process. You will have an assigned project manager to communicate with every step of the way, and they will coordinate all of your key walkthroughs. You will also have a Realtor who will help with all things Real Estate.
How long does it take to build a home?
In short, it depends! We have a team of contractors who build in our communities to expedite the process as best we can. The build time can range from 5 months to 1 year, depending on the size of your home and the amount of customization.
I am relocating from out of state. Can you build my home remotely?
Absolutely! We have the capabilities and technology to help you plan every detail of your home without having to meet in person. Whether you need 3D renderings, virtual walkthroughs, or a digital selections package, we’ve got you covered!
