Select Lot & Floor Plan
Choose from available HD Homes lots, properties, and floor plans to curate your custom build.
Customize & Lock Pricing
Customize your home to your unique needs. From there, we’ll lock in your pricing to ensure that the process is streamlined with no unexpected changes.
Build
Leave the construction to us. Our team of experts will build your property according to your customizations and specifications, bringing your luxury custom-built home to life.
Move-In
With that, all that is left to do is move in. So, are you ready to get started?

Give a copy of the inspection report to your 1 Agent 2 weeks before Final Walk-Thru
Final Walk Through
You & Your Project Manager walk the house & 2 agree on item(s) to be addressed before closing
30-Day Paint Touch Up
After you move in, mark spots with blue 3 tape & contact your Project Manager
Warranty Punch Lists
Email your list of covered items at months 6 & 11.
Confirmation
Once all warrantied work has been done, 5 you will receive a confirmation in writing.
